TERMS & CONDITIONS – PJOKI

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from PJOKI. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission, to shop with us.

2. Prices & Taxes

All prices are listed in SEK and include Swedish VAT (25%).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For customers outside Sweden, local customs duties, VAT, or other fees may apply upon delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Payment

  • Full payment must be received before the order is processed.

  • Payment is securely processed through trusted third-party gateways.

  • We do not store any card information, and all payment data is encrypted using SSL.

If you are under 18, you must have parental approval to place an order.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to:
EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, and Japan.
If you are located elsewhere, contact us and we’ll try to help.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@pjoki.se with your order number.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund your payment within 14 days (excluding any extra shipping fees)

6. Personal Data & Privacy (GDPR)

We process your personal data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is only used to:

  • Fulfil orders and manage delivery

  • Contact you with offers (if opted in)

  • Improve your experience on our website

We never share your personal data with third parties beyond those necessary (e.g., Shopify, shipping providers).
You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. Force Majeure

PJOKI is not liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or failure of suppliers.

9. Product Availability & Errors

We reserve the right to modify product information, including pricing and availability, without prior notice.
If a product is sold out, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

10. Legal

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute arises, you may submit a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or to your local consumer protection agency in the EU.
