RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

General Return Rights

You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Packaged with original polybag, tags, and labels intact

  • Accompanied by receipt or order confirmation

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@pjoki.se before sending anything. We will send return instructions.
Returns sent without prior contact may result in delays and extended processing times.

Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received the package.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return.

PJOKI is not responsible for return packages lost in transit unless our prepaid return label is used.

Returns & Exchanges – Customers in Sweden

If you want to exchange for another size:

  • Email hello@pjoki.se and we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

  • Once we’ve received and approved your return, we will ship the new size at no extra cost — if available in stock.

  • If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund, minus a return shipping fee of 75 SEK (only if our return label is used).

If you prefer to return the product without an exchange:

  • You may use our prepaid return label (75 SEK will be deducted from your refund)

  • Or return the item at your own expense and risk

Returns & Exchanges – International Customers

Returns from outside Sweden are at the customer’s expense.

  • Contact us at hello@pjoki.se before sending anything back

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 6 working days

  • If you request an exchange (e.g., size change), we will ship the new item at our cost (if in stock)

Please note: We do not reimburse international return shipping costs unless our return label is used.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us immediately and provide photos if possible

  • Do not use the item

  • We will send a replacement (if available), or issue a full refund if not

  • PJOKI will cover return and replacement shipping in such cases

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

For unclaimed packages returned to us by the carrier:

  • A handling fee of 180 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and administration costs

If an order is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you, we reserve the right to deduct the actual cost of shipping and handling from your refund.
